Return Policy

Please contact us for an RA number within 14 business days of delivery to process a return. The pillow must be unused and in original packaging. We will not be able refund supports that have been used.

US Customers delivery is approx 2- 7 business days.
International delivery is approx 5-14 business days.
We do not offer express delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: IN THE UNITED STATES WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES. PLEASE PROVIDE A PHYSICAL ADDRESS.

International customers are responsible for all taxes, fees & duties upon arrival of your package. Refunds will not be given, for returned supports. Please be aware of these fees. We ship via US Post Office to keep costs and fees low. Approx 5-12 business days.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
